Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will generally ship same day.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Upon placing an order with us, you will receive electronic confirmation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive electronic tracking information so you can track your package while en route.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Although we happily ship worldwide, The Littlest Golfer, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Littlest Golfer, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

The Littlest Golfer, Inc. proudly ships worldwide and will always do our best to get our products to you as quickly as possible. Our International orders will processed and shipped within 2 business days. Order confirmation and tracking information will be provided digitally via email.
